E-FU-BO/BI compressor packs

The frequency-controlled Bock/Bitzer packaged units work with one or two semi-hermetic compressors. The units, specially developed for use in refrigeration systems with changing refrigeration requirements, use a frequency inverter. This allows the refrigeration capacity to be optimally adapted to the respective conditions with continuous operation of the compressor. Other functions include:

Energy efficiency and space saving: Compared to conventional compressor systems with several compressors, the Bock/Bitzer units offer an energy-efficient and space-saving alternative.

Performance classes: The Bock or Bitzer packaged units are available in six different performance classes and can be used with refrigerants R134a/R513A/R450A/R448A/R449A. The cooling capacity is regulated depending on the suction pressure.

How the frequency inverter works: A frequency inverter is used in conjunction with a pressure transmitter to control the system. The pressure transmitter is thermally decoupled on the suction side and records the actual value of the suction pressure.

Emergency operation and safety: If the frequency inverter malfunctions, it can be manually switched to temporary emergency operation via an additional low-pressure switch.

Robust design: The components are mounted on a 2-fold painted and welded steel frame. The compressor set stands on the supplied metal feet. The refrigeration lines are grouped together at the top at the rear for easy installation. - Heated oil separator: To ensure safe operation even with a temporary minimum refrigeration load, the compound is equipped with an oil separator as standard.

Product Types

EURO LINE MULTI-COMPRESSOR SETS WITH ONE COMPRESSOR

Frequency-controlled Bock/Bitzer packaged units work with a semi-hermetic compressor. These units have been specially developed for use in refrigeration systems with changing cooling requirements.

EURO LINE MULTI-COMPRESSOR SETS WITH TWO COMPRESSORS

Frequency-controlled Bock/Bitzer compressor banks work with two semi-hermetic compressors, whereby one compressor is always frequency-controlled as the lead compressor and the second compressor is switched on by the frequency converter as a follower compressor without control.

Advantages

Optimum adjustment of the compressor capacity

Small minimum cooling capacity

Optimum chilled goods temperature and quality

Energy savings through better power adjustment at optimum evaporation temperatures

Easy to service thanks to simple compressor replacement and the use of standard components

Very small space requirement due to compact design

Simple installation of heat recovery using a common heat exchanger for all cooling points

BOCK/BITZER compressor sets are equipped with temperature sensors that can be used to monitor the discharge gas temperature, the total superheat and the outside temperature.

Reduction of the installed cooling capacity and thus the investment costs by utilizing the simultaneity factor
